The source wizard is an exciting new addition to the Visual Editor. It allows the user to quickly build a source using simple geometric shapes. The user may choose from spheres, boxes, cylinders, point, line, and area sources. They may include any number and any combination of these objects. Care must be taken to make sure the objects to not overlap resulting in double-defined space.
The example below is of three cylindrical sources. One is solid, the others are rings. Once the source is created, a sphere was added to bound the source and the importance outside the sphere was set to zero to create an "outside world." The source was then plotted using the Visual Editor to verify it was correctly constructed.
